Agumented/Virtual Reality

Augmented reality is defined as "a technology that superimposes a computer-generated image on a user's view of the real world, thus providing a composite view." Virtual reality is defined as "computer-generated simulation of a three-dimensional image or environment that can be interacted with in a seemingly real or physical way by a person using special electronic equipment, such as a helmet with a screen inside or gloves fitted with sensors. " Augmented and virtual reality will allow users to experience different places as if they were actually there. AR and VR also gives users the ability to have at their fingertips reference materials, information and data to help them make better decisions when interacting with or working on an actual piece of equipment. Innovation Pointe is using AR/VR technology to digitally transform your industry.
